Organic meat and parasite risks

Researchers are concerned that organic meat might be infected with the food borne illness toxoplamsosis. Cooking meat thoroughly should significantly reduce the potential risks. Raw ground beef and lamb have the greatest chance of carrying toxoplasmosis.
